Our Mission

Through our work, we aim to contribute to a greater shift where healing is not just personal, but planetary.

Aura La Voura is a practice rooted in spagyrics, herbalism, and ecological relationship. Our work centers on creating whole-plant remedies through traditional alchemical processes that emphasize transformation, patience, and return. Rather than speed or extraction.

Each preparation is made in small batches using organically grown or responsibly wildcrafted plants. We work with fermentation, distillation, calcination, and reintegration to honor the plant as a living system and to produce medicines that reflect its full expression.

Aura La Voura exists within a larger ecological context. A portion of our work supports reforestation and climate resilience efforts, acknowledging that plant medicine does not stand apart from the health of the living Earth.

Maureen’s story

A young woman with long brown hair, wearing a black knit beanie, a yellow and black plaid shirt, and light blue jeans, standing outdoors in a forested area, smiling at the camera, with her hands resting on a wooden railing and holding a red water bottle with a white sun design.

I’m Maureen (Mo) Judith, the founder of Aura La Voura. My work sits at the intersection of spagyric plant medicine, alchemy, and ecological systems, with a focus on how plants, people, and planetary processes are fundamentally intertwined.

I began studying herbal medicine in 2012, but what shaped my path was not a single lineage or tradition it was sustained attention. Over years of travel, study, foraging, laboratory work, and teaching, I became interested less in remedies as products and more in process: how plants transform, how bodies receive medicine, and how these exchanges mirror larger ecological cycles.

My approach draws from traditional herbalism, operative alchemy, and modern scientific understanding. I work with plants as living systems, using time-intensive methods to create medicines that reflect relationship rather than extraction. This work is as much about listening as it is about making.

Aura La Voura is an extension of that commitment: to practice medicine-making with integrity, ecological awareness, and humility toward the living world that makes all healing possible..
